SHIPPING POLICIES:
I ship with USPS, GROUND ADVANTAGE. You will receive a TRACKING NUMBER with each order.
I ship within 1-2 business days of payments cleared, to USA ONLY. I ship Monday - Saturday.
I will GROUP ITEMS if they are ordered separate & have the same mailing address.
I charge $6 for the FIRST ITEM and $2 for each ADDITIONAL ITEM. If shipping overages are over $1 than what you've paid, I will send you a refund for the difference in whole dollar amounts. You may feel sticker shock if you've ordered more than 1 item but rest assured that YOU WILL GET A SHIPPING REFUND if over $1. Please send me a message if you do not see a refund within 24 hours of getting your tracking number.
I don't ship until PAYMENT IS CLEARED.
For customer orders over $100, I will purchase SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

Please make sure your address is correct, I won't take the hit for incorrect addresses given!
Tracking shows delivered, but you did not get your item. I will do all I can from my end to contact the post office & try to find your package. But as a very small business who is not Amazon, I can't have the same policies they have. There are just too many people ready to scam, unfortunately.
You did not read the description of the product you are buying, and realize it isn't what you thought. This has happened a few times: people buy a tincture thinking it's an oil to use on the skin, for example. Please know what you are buying & how to use it, before you buy!
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
I do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of the products. For Damaged Items in Shipping: please take a picture of the product AND the packaging it came in. Please send me these pictures within 3 days of receiving order so I can file a claim. I will refund or replace damaged items with proper pictures. I may ask you to mail me back the product.
CANCELLATIONS:
I do not accept cancellations after a shipping label is made. I ship quickly once payment is cleared.
PAYMENTS:
Paypal - Pay with any major credit card
Paypal Wallet - Send all payments to: aforagerscollective@protonmail.com
Zelle - 80% of banks now have Zelle payment processing, and it only takes a few minutes to set up if you can access your bank account online. Payments come directly out of your chosen account, and there are no fees for anyone involved. Choose to pay 'manually' and you will see instructions for this option.
SALES TAX:
I do not charge sales tax for any orders outside of NY. I do not have a nexus, and do not need to charge for sales tax for those states. If you live in NY, well....sorry! I am legally obligated to charge sales tax!
PRIVACY:
I do not sell or give away any of your information. I may use your email address in the future to send out coupon codes or discounts, but as of now I do not send out emails.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I provide excellent customer service. This business is my life. It pays my bills and supports my child, as well as being my passion. I take it all very seriously, and to say I 'give a damn' is putting it lightly! So, if you come into issues, let's work together to figure it all out. On the flip side, I have steel boundaries and don't put up with unethical behavior. Customers who expect Amazon policies & my time answering all of their health questions need to go elsewhere, sorry!
